Eat this with Raita, a special condiment made from yogurt, mint and cucumber.
For snacks, choose from Pakora (battered and deep fried assorted vegetables, chicken, fish and shrimp); Papdi chat (crispy flat bread); Dahi Samosa (stuffed potatoes), and Kachori chat, among others. Award winning chef Kharol Rameshawar offers the different flavored Moong Dal Halwa (made of milk and yellow lentils); Kala Jamun (a rich dessert made of cheese and milk), rice Kheer (which is similar to rice pudding flavored with spices); and Shrikhand (a yogurt-based dessert).
