Bases Conversion Development Authority [BCDA] chair Aloysius Santos will be speaking in Bangalore on Sep 14th. He has been invited by Wolfenshon Center for Development of Brookings Institute as a resource speaker.

This international conference will be held in Bangalore where Mr. Santos expertise on land conversion will be needed. The theme of the conference is, ‘Unlocking Urban Land, values for Infrastructure Finance’. It will be held from Monday to Wednesday September 16th.

BCDA is truly a very valuable arm of the government. It has truly projected a great image for the Philippines. Many of the conversions done, infrastructure build and goodwill generated have been truly great assets to the Philippines.
